As part of the team, the Trust Manager will play a pivotal role in the administration of a portfolio of clients. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and developing relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring proper authorization and recording of all transactions with a keen eye on risk management.

Responsibilities:

Administering a portfolio of clients with a focus on delivering excellent service
Ensuring all transactions are properly authorized, recorded, and compliant with relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
Assisting in enhancing the profitability of the company and shareholder value
Seeking opportunities within the team to provide value-added solutions
Collaborating with the team to implement solutions as needed
Building and strengthening relationships with key clients and intermediaries
Acting as a B signatory, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Profile:

Minimum of six years' relevant experience in a similar role
Strong relationship-building skills with clients
Solid all-around administration skills
Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, both within and outside the company
Proficient in MS Office skills
Ability to identify and address material business risks
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
Cultural awareness and sensitivity on both an individual and corporate basis
Methodical, thorough, and attentive to detail
