Reporting Manager H/F

Our client in the luxury industry is currently seeking an immediately available Reporting Manager to join their finance team for a 6 months assignment during the closing period.

Responsibilities:

Reporting Management:

• Develop reporting and closing strategies for various business units in EU.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for reporting purposes.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Process Optimization:

• Evaluate existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Implement efficient reporting workflows to streamline data collection and analysis.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate key findings and trends to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and customize solutions accordingly.

Profile:

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a reporting or analytics role.
• Fluent in English and German is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Proactive problem solver with the capacity to drive process improvements.
