Position Overview :
As the Wholesale Area Manager for the European territory, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their luxury brand in the region. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing wholesale operations, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with partners and retailers. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic wholesale plan for the European territory, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with new wholesale partners and retailers while nurturing existing partnerships.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns for the European market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all wholesale channels.
- Travel within the European territory as needed to meet with partners and retailers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury sector, with a proven track record in wholesale management.
- Strong network of contacts within the European luxury retail industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the European territory.
