We are currently looking for a Trust Accountant to join a well-established trust company located in Geneva. Operating in a predominantly UK-oriented environment, the firm offers a professional yet friendly workplace with a strong focus on quality and client service.

Your responsibilities:

Working closely with the relationship managers, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of a portfolio of trusts and related entities.
Your main duties will include:

Maintaining and reviewing accounting records for trusts and companies
Preparing annual financial statements in line with the accounting standards
Producing financial reports for beneficiaries and trustees
Liaising with bankers, investment managers, legal and tax advisors
Monitoring cash flows, investment activity, distributions, and capital movements
Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations

Your profile:

3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a trust company, family office, or fiduciary environment
Solid understanding of trust structures and accounting principles
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
Fluent in English and French
Detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working independently within a small team
