Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Planning Analyst to join a dynamic team.
The Supply Planning Analyst will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and driving efficiency in the replenishment process.
This role will play a critical part in the supply chain operations, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze demand forecasts and sales data to develop replenishment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment on inventory levels and replenishment plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize advanced forecasting techniques and software tools to optimize inventory management.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management regarding inventory performance and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Continuously evaluate and improve replenishment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, or replenishment, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software is a plus.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is desirable.
