For an innovative company in the real estate development and construction sector, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team. The company's customer management platform enables residential home buyers to efficiently track and manage the progress of their home construction remotely. Backed by leading Swiss construction firms, they are expanding their product offerings across Europe and beyond.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of the company’s software. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SaaS development with expertise in React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and other relevant technologies. Collaborating closely with the Project Management Team, you will handle feedback, issues, and new feature requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for system maintenance, upgrades, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Frontend: React
Backend: Node.js
UI: Ant.Design
Database: PostgreSQL
CI/CD: Bitbucket Pipeline

You will:

Collaborate with the Project Management Team and stakeholders.
Efficiently handle feedback, issues, and feature requests.
Accurately estimate time and effort for new development tasks.
Gain a deep understanding of product workflows and user requirements.
Participate in system maintenance and upgrade activities.
Develop new features and functionalities for the Evo Home platform.
Demonstrate a genuine interest in personal and professional growth.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
Possess a good understanding of User Experience (UX) principles.
Familiarity with AI concepts is advantageous.
Develop new features to enhance the platform.
Assess the scope and complexity of feature requests or solutions.
Work on hot fixes and general Frontend and Backend tasks.
Collaborate effectively with the development team.
Investigate and propose improvements to existing solutions.

At least 3 years of experience, including SaaS development roles with senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful, competitive, and result-oriented.
Strong development and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Understanding of the real estate/construction industry and ecosystem is a plus.
