We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and developing backend systems to support a variety of business APIs and integration flows (BUILD + RUN). You will play a crucial role in improving and maintaining existing systems, ensuring version updates, bug fixing, and performance enhancements.

In this role, you will work with a complex ecosystem that combines Cloud technologies (AWS) and On-premise legacy systems, requiring a deep understanding of integration needs. As a polyvalent profile, you will be engaged in multiple projects, ranging from data integration to developing business applications.

Your Profile:

Clean coding practices to ensure maintainability and readability of the codebase.
Security measures to protect data and ensure system integrity.
Testing methodologies to ensure reliable and robust functionality.
Continuous integration to facilitate efficient development workflows.
Monitoring systems to detect and address performance issues proactively.
Documentation practices to maintain clear and comprehensive project records.

Mandatory Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in backend development.
Proficiency in Java 8+ and its associated tools (Maven, JUnit, and Spring).
Experience with Node.js and familiarity with Typescript.
Working knowledge of Jest for testing purposes.
Proficiency in Docker and docker-compose for containerization.
Advanced Git usage, including merge fast-forward and rebase techniques.
Experience with Gitlab CI/CD for streamlined development and deployment processes.
Knowledge of the OAuth2 security protocol.
Familiarity with queuing systems.

Desirable Skills:

Understanding of software architecture concepts, such as event-driven systems and fault tolerance.
Experience with Angular (version 10+) for front-end development.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, especially EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
Proficiency in AWS Cloud services, including AWS Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, Gateway, and ECS.
Knowledge of the Serverless framework for serverless application development.
Experience with Postman for API testing and development.
Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation.
