As they continue to expand their global presence, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Advisor to join their team.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to the discerning clientele.
Your profound knowledge of the luxury products and your keen sense of style will enable you to offer expert advice and guidance, elevating the shopping journey for each customer.
You will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with the clientele and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere in the boutique.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect luxury leather goods and ready-to-wear pieces that align with their preferences and needs.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, highlighting key features, materials, and craftsmanship details to enhance the customer's understanding and appreciation of our products.
  • Proactively engage with clients to establish lasting relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and industry developments to offer valuable style advice to customers.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our brand values and heritage, effectively communicating our story to customers.
  • Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards to create an aesthetically pleasing shopping environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and boutique sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in leather goods or high-end ready-to-wear.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, luxury, and style, with a good understanding of current fashion trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Impeccable presentation and polished appearance, reflecting the elegance of the brand.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
