On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Junior Accountant.

Our client is a fintech company located in Geneva, which is developing its activities thanks to a rapid global growth.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the company's accounting and budgeting activities
Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting
Monitor expenses and performance against budget
Handle payment of invoices and customer billing
Collaborate with external tax and accounting firms
Prepare consolidated financial statements and annual reports
Prepare for external financial audits
Support finance and risk function in reporting preparation
Contribute to cross-functional projects, including IT tools deployment
Provide support to Geneva office management

Requirements:

Federal certificate/diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent
3-5 years of finance and accounting experience (preferably in a financial institution)
Interest in finance and technology
Strong analytical skills, precision, organization, and autonomy
Open-minded, self-starter, fast learner, and results-oriented
Fluency in French and English (German is a plus)
