Senior Global Network Planner H/F

As part of a strategic replacement, we are looking for a Senior Global Network Planner for a leading international industrial company.

This key role sits at the heart of supply chain operations and production, with strong exposure to manufacturing sites and global challenges.

Your role

Reporting into a global organization, you will act as a senior reference in supply planning.

You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between demand, production, and industrial capacities.

In this role, you will:

-       Analyze demand and align it with production capacity and inventory levels

-       Lead short-, mid-, and long-term planning activities

-       Interact daily with manufacturing sites, including a key plant based in the UK (EMEA volumes)

-       Challenge production while considering industrial and budget constraints

-       Ensure visibility on monthly production plans

-       Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding volumes and priorities

-       Operate in a complex, high-volume, multi-site environment

Your profile

We are looking for a highly senior, structured, and hands-on profile, able to thrive in a demanding environment.

Must-have:

-       Proven experience in supply planning / production planning within an industrial environment

-       Experience with in-house manufacturing (non-outsourced production)

-       Direct interaction with manufacturing sites (production, constraints, trade-offs)

-       Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP

-       Strong analytical, structuring, and decision-making skills

-       Ability to work under pressure with pragmatism and resilience

-       Excellent communication skills (multiple stakeholders, international environment)

-       Good level of English (minimum B2)
