Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Store Manager to join lead the team in Zurich.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their fast-food restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, and managing a team of enthusiastic staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Maintain food and service quality in accordance with company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure KPI, OKR and objectives are clear for all.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Passion for the fast-food industry and customer service.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
