Sales Advisor - Summer contract

As part of their expansion and commitment to providing world-class customer service, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Understand customers' needs and provide advice on matching luxury products.
• Present and promote items in a compelling manner.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and brands to offer personalized recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and well-organized boutique environment.
• Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury industry.
• Passion for fashion, accessories, and luxury products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English and French (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage).
